USELESS Perpetual
What is the USELESS perpetual?
The USELESS perpetual (or “perp”) is a futures contract on Hyperliquid that tracks the price of USELESSwith no expiry, so a position can be held indefinitely. It currently marks at $0.29053 with about $1.3M of open interest and $1.9M traded in the last 24 hours. Because it is leveraged, both gains and losses are amplified, and a move against a position can trigger liquidation.
How funding works on USELESS
A perpetual stays tethered to spot through funding: a small payment exchanged between longs and shorts.USELESS funding is currently +0.0162% per hour (+142.0% annualized), which means shorts are being paid right now. Funding shifts constantly with positioning, so a rich rate can flip. It is a real cost or income stream that any serious automated strategy has to account for on every hold.
Explore USELESS before granting permission
Hypertrade AI is the automation product. This public USELESS page is read-only, not a statement that a strategy supports this market or that an account is ready to trade. Review the strategy contract, venue and account permissions separately. Your owner wallet controls withdrawals; the agent has trading permission only. Trading can still cause losses or liquidation. Never share your owner seed or private key.
