Terms of Service
Hypertrade is software that lets you connect an AI model and a trade-only wallet to trade Hyperliquid perpetuals within limits you set. By using it you agree to these terms.
What Hypertrade is and is not
Hypertrade is a tool. It is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, or a custodian. It does not hold your funds and cannot withdraw them. Your AI proposes trades; a deterministic risk engine decides whether each one is allowed under your mandate. You are responsible for the mandate you set and the trades that result.
No custody
You connect a trade-only agent wallet. It can place and cancel orders. It can never move or withdraw your funds. You keep your withdrawal keys. You can revoke the agent at any time.
No promises of profit
We do not promise returns, and we never charge a performance fee. Trading perpetual futures with leverage can and does lose money, including more than you might expect. See the Risk disclosure.
Eligibility and jurisdictions
You must be of legal age and permitted to use leveraged derivatives where you live. Access is blocked from jurisdictions we cannot serve. You may not use Hypertrade if you are subject to sanctions.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass the risk engine or the platform limits.
- Do not abuse the service, other users, or the underlying exchange.
- Do not use the service for market manipulation or any unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
