Hypertrade Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hypertrade ("Hypertrade", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Hypertrade application and the website at hypertrade.me (together, the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information. Hypertrade is a non-custodial, subscription-based software tool that lets you use a user-controlled trading account and a separate trade-only permission to trade Hyperliquid perpetual futures within limits you define. By creating a Hypertrade account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use Hypertrade. This Policy should be read together with the Hypertrade Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Hypertrade is the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy. For any privacy request or question, contact us at [email protected] or through the Hypertrade help page. We aim to respond to privacy requests within thirty (30) days.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information Hypertrade needs to operate, secure, and support the Service:

3. How we use your information

Hypertrade uses the information above to:

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under the GDPR), Hypertrade relies on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

Hypertrade does not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

5. Data retention

Hypertrade retains personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we remove or detach your desks, provider references, stored legacy credentials, transfer intents, and wallet-action records as applicable. Limited anonymized audit, security, or legally required records may be retained. For a Clerk identity, we retain a minimal deleted-subject tombstone to prevent an externally delayed deletion from silently recreating the Hypertrade account, and we request deletion of the associated identity-provider user. Deleting Hypertrade does not delete a user-owned wallet, trading-venue account, or public blockchain transactions. Providers may retain data under their own terms or legal obligations.

6. Security

Hypertrade protects your information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity. New wallet signing uses provider-held references and policy-limited signers instead of raw key material in the Hypertrade database. Any supported legacy secrets are sealed with authenticated encryption bound to your account, sessions are short-lived and signed, and we maintain an audit trail of security-relevant actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for safeguarding your identity account, devices, recovery methods, and external wallets.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. From your Hypertrade Settings you can delete a desk, remove a stored key, or delete your account at any time. To exercise any other right, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Hypertrade operates online and may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

9. Children

Hypertrade is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies

Hypertrade uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Service and keep you signed in. See the Hypertrade Cookie Policy for details.

11. Changes to this Policy

Hypertrade may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
