Help and support

Questions, billing issues, or something not working? Email support@hypertrade.me and a human will get back to you. Include your wallet address (and a transaction hash for billing questions) so we can help faster.

Common questions

Who holds my funds?

You do. Hypertrade is non-custodial. Your desk trades through a trade-only agent wallet that can place and close orders but can never withdraw. We never take custody of your money, and no one at Hypertrade can move it.

What is an agent wallet?

A separate key you authorize once that is allowed to trade on your Hyperliquid account but not to withdraw from it. It is how your AI places orders without ever being able to move your funds off the exchange.

How do I pause or stop a desk?

Open the desk and use Pause to stop new trades, or Flatten to close every open position immediately with reduce-only market orders. Both take effect right away. You can also pause from the terminal kill-switch.

How does billing work?

Plans are paid monthly in USDC on Arbitrum, prepaid, with no auto-renew and no card. We email you before your period ends. If you do not renew, your desks move to the free tier; nothing is charged automatically.

I paid but my plan did not update.

On-chain payments usually confirm within a few minutes. If your plan has not changed after 15 minutes, email us with your wallet address and the transaction hash and we will credit it.

Can I get a refund?

Since billing is prepaid and non-custodial, we handle refunds case by case. Email support before your period ends and we will work it out.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

Settings has both. Delete Account closes any open positions first, then removes your desks, keys, and agent wallets. Data Export downloads everything we hold about you as a file.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Hypertrade is a tool. No AI can promise profits, most trading strategies lose money, and leverage can liquidate a position quickly. The risk engine keeps losses inside limits you set; it does not make winning certain. Start on testnet and trade only what you can afford to lose.
