Help and support
Questions, billing issues, or something not working? Email [email protected] and a human will get back to you. Include your wallet address (and a transaction hash for billing questions) so we can help faster.
Common questions
Who holds my funds?
You do. Hypertrade One uses a user-controlled owner wallet and a separate trade-only permission. The trading agent can place and manage orders but cannot authorize an external withdrawal. A selected funding provider may route a transfer under its own terms while that transfer is in progress.
What is an agent wallet?
It is a separate venue-approved trading permission. New Hypertrade One agents are secured by the wallet provider and represented in Hypertrade only by an opaque signer reference and public address. The agent can trade but cannot authorize an external withdrawal. You can rotate or revoke it from Settings.
How do I pause or stop a desk?
Open the desk and use Pause to stop new trades, or Flatten to close every open position immediately with reduce-only market orders. Both take effect right away. You can also pause from the terminal kill-switch.
How does billing work?
Plan billing and trading funds are separate. Current plan prices, payment methods, renewal behavior, and availability are shown on the in-app payment page. Adding funds to your Trading Balance never buys a subscription.
I paid but my plan did not update.
On-chain payments usually confirm within a few minutes. If your plan has not changed after 15 minutes, email us with your wallet address and the transaction hash and we will credit it.
Can I get a refund?
Since billing is prepaid and non-custodial, we handle refunds case by case. Email support before your period ends and we will work it out.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
Settings has account deletion and data export. Account deletion first follows the safe position-close procedure, then removes or detaches Hypertrade records. It does not delete a user-owned provider wallet or public blockchain history. Owner-wallet key export is separate from data export and remains unavailable until the isolated browser-encrypted recovery ceremony passes review.
How do I trade US stocks?
Mainnet desks can trade perpetual futures on US stocks (Apple, Nvidia, Amazon and more) through the same AI and risk engine as crypto. Open your desk and use the US Stocks card: allocate collateral once (minimum $20, at most half your equity) and accept the risk note. The venue keeps stocks collateral in a separate ledger of the same user-controlled Hyperliquid account; unused collateral can move back to main. The engine evaluates stock perps continuously and admits entries only when live data, liquidity and the complete quality/risk path pass. Important: these are leveraged perps on the price, not share ownership, and they can be liquidated. Commodities remain in execution-isolated shadow validation until their evidence passes the live promotion gate.
Is any of this financial advice?
No. Hypertrade is a tool. No AI can promise profits, most trading strategies lose money, and leverage can liquidate a position quickly. The risk engine keeps losses inside limits you set; it does not make winning certain. Start on testnet and trade only what you can afford to lose.
