Before the sale can open
Approved economic terms, verified native USDC and contract addresses, exact reserve funding, role handoff, independent review and complete testnet rehearsal must agree with one release manifest.
During and after the sale
Accepted USDC, token allocations, refund liabilities, actual TGE, LP custody, vesting, reward reserves and semester funding need reproducible records. Unknown or stale data must never be replaced by optimistic figures.
