Qualified purchases, not a referral chain
A single direct referrer receives the proposed reward. There are no upline payments or guaranteed returns. Purchase must be accepted, sale successful and abuse review passed.
Payout verification comes before the quote
The referrer payout wallet must be verified before a signed purchase quote. Otherwise both proposed bonuses are zero and that must be disclosed. Adding a wallet later does not retroactively change an accepted purchase.
Existing attribution stays intact
An account’s committed lifetime referrer is respected. If none exists, a valid referral cookie can be resolved before purchase. New links cannot silently change the recorded beneficiary.
A separate reserve and schedule
Presale bonuses reserve up to 2.5M HPT from the 10M referral bucket. Proposed vesting starts 30 days after successful TGE and runs linearly for six calendar months.
Review is not confiscation
Suspicious bonus claims have an explanation, review and appeal path. Shared IPs or exchange funding alone do not prove fraud. Review does not delete a buyer’s paid token allocation or refund rights.
Concentration remains a decision
The purchase cap does not cap referral rewards. One dominant referrer could receive 2M HPT in the full-sale scenario. Individual referral limits require an explicit policy before sale; no surprise claim-time haircut.
